Okay, so yesterday I got pulled over for driving with expired license plates. I'm not going to blame anybody else, but it's kind of gay that I got the car at the end of June, had to pay for a full year, but had to be renewed on my birthday, not in a year. I guess that doesn't make much sense to me. $125 ticket for that crap. That's more than a lot of speeding tickets and I was driving safely.
But, this morning I went and paid $50 for new plates and donated a dollar to some charity, I don't even know what it was.
That's the basis of this post: if you're ever asked to donate a dollar: do it. Somebody always needs it more than you do, no matter how bad you think things are. It's a bag of chips or a pack of gum to you, but it could be a cure or a house to them.

Super Bowl Coverage
ESPN, in their infinite wisdom, decided that today they would interview Donovan McNabb and ask tips for Big Ben Roethlisberger in the big game.
Perfect. That's exactly what Ben, a Super Bowl winning quarterback, needs: Tips from a quarterback that can't even win his division's championship game and has also lost his only appearance in the Super Bowl.
Come on, ESPN, you're better than that.
